1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and vipph1 ("vipph1," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at vipph1.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimized URLs (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, promotions, account features, customer support services, and any other functionality offered by vipph1.

Your acceptance of these Terms is signified by any of the following actions: (a) completing the vipph1 account registration process; (b) clicking "I Agree" or an equivalent acceptance button during registration; (c) logging in to an existing vipph1 account; or (d) accessing or using any portion of the Platform. By undertaking any of the foregoing actions, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 3, and that you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with vipph1's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the vipph1 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and/or bonus credits held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive issued by vipph1 to a Player subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, bingo room, jackpot title, or other wagering activity available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises vipph1's operations.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which all transactions on the vipph1 Platform are denominated.
• "Platform" means the vipph1 website, any associated mobile-optimized version, and all games and services made available thereon.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to online casino gaming is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and participation in real-money gaming on the vipph1 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of gameplay.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online casino gaming under the laws applicable to your place of residence and location.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of vipph1 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You do not already hold an existing vipph1 Account, active or suspended.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from vipph1 or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. vipph1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Failure to provide accurate information or to cooperate with verification requests may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipph1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vipph1 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You agree to notify vipph1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. vipph1 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation in such circumstances. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vipph1 reserves the right to close all but one Account, cancel any Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through the duplicated accounts pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up-to-date at all times. Material changes — such as a change of registered mobile number, email address, or payment method — must be reported to vipph1 support promptly. vipph1 shall not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing arising from outdated account information.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vipph1 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). vipph1 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and other payment partners as updated from time to time and displayed on the Platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published on the Deposits page of the Platform and are subject to change at vipph1's discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful processing by the relevant payment gateway. vipph1 shall not be liable for delays attributable to the payment provider, banking partner, or telecommunications network.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified Account identity.
• Any active Bonus balance and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed before withdrawal of related winnings.
• vipph1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Standard GCash withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days.

Funds deposited into your vipph1 Account must be used for wagering on the Platform. Deposits made without the intention to play — for the purpose of using vipph1 as a payment vehicle — are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vipph1 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of issuance, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time validity periods, and maximum bet limits while a Bonus is active.

Standard Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") applied to the Bonus amount or the sum of the deposit and Bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Until Wagering Requirements are satisfied in full, no withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings shall be permitted. vipph1 reserves the right to cancel any Bonus and associated winnings where evidence of Bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of a technical error is detected.

7 Gameplay & Wagering

All games available on the vipph1 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based titles, and real-time live dealer feeds for Live Casino games. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee short-term results for individual sessions.

By participating in any game on the Platform, you accept that the house edge is present in all games, that there is no guaranteed strategy for winning, and that past results do not predict future outcomes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. vipph1 reserves the right to void wagers placed in error due to a technical malfunction, system fault, or software error, in which case affected Players will be notified and the relevant stake returned.

In the event of a discrepancy between game results displayed on your device and those recorded on vipph1's servers, the server-side records shall prevail. vipph1's decisions on the validity of wagers and game outcomes are final, subject to any right of escalation to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipph1 Platform. Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP obfuscation technology.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without reporting them to vipph1 support.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that contravenes the Anti-Money Laundering Act or other applicable Philippine laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vipph1 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any component of the Platform's software, algorithms, or security systems.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vipph1 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, game graphics, software code, user interface designs, written content, promotional materials, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of vipph1 or its licensed providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website; or use vipph1 branding or trademarks without prior written consent from vipph1.

10 Privacy & Data

vipph1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support.

vipph1 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings; loss of data; gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay; any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; or any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

vipph1's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account balance at the time the claim arose. This limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between vipph1 and its Players and is a fundamental element of the basis on which vipph1 provides access to the Platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

vipph1 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling and to preventing problem gambling among its Players. In furtherance of this commitment, vipph1 provides the following tools within every Player Account: voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders and mandatory cool-down breaks; temporary account suspension (cooling-off period); and permanent self-exclusion, which prevents any access to the Account for the duration of the exclusion period.

All vipph1 Players must be 21 years of age or older. 13 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your vipph1 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance after satisfaction of all pending Wagering Requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

vipph1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider; violation of PAGCOR regulations; or in response to a directive from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, vipph1 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding Balance pending investigation. Where fraud is substantiated, the Balance may be forfeited in full.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise disputes directly with vipph1 customer support, allowing a period of thirty (30) days for informal resolution. Where a dispute relates to regulatory compliance or game fairness and cannot be resolved informally, Players retain the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

15 Amendments to These Terms

vipph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, vipph1 will provide reasonable notice to affected Players via email to their registered address or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure as provided in Section 13.
